Weight Gain – The Seasons Can Be Rough

Winter Weight Gains – Avoid Them

Every winter seems to bring on another weight gain for me.  Every year, I seem to gain a little more weight.  Thankfully, my wife has helped me to put an end to this weight problem.  She has shown me that I can still have a fitness plan in the cold months.  We have tracked my weight and body mass index, and I am close to my ideal size.

Weight Gains - Can Be Seasonal and Somewhat Normal

My weight gains are quite odd and I really can’t figure them out.  I usually gain about fifteen pounds in the winter months.  In the springtime, I lose the weight fast, without even trying.  I guess that’s why I have summer and winter clothes.  What I did last winter was workout every morning before I make the coffee.  My wife bought some Pilates tapes and following them really does give a good workout and gets the heart beating.  I have found that my weight doesn't lag behind anymore.  I can keep up with my weight loss routines and it really keeps that cabin fever from gaining.
